Your first Pilates class
Welcome to Bannockburn Pilates! We aim to make you feel right at home during your first class. We welcome anyone from absolute beginners who have never used a reformer machine before through to seasoned experts. We will give you the confidence, knowledge and environment to feel comfortable during your classes. Before your visit, we want to ensure you feel confident and informed about what to expect from our studio and team.

Our Classes
With a range of classes to suit almost everyone, we offer classes for first timers right through to Pilates pros.
All of our class types run for 40 minutes and are designed to ensure we provide you with the safest routines we can.

We've Got You
Our team will guide you through innovative full-body workouts every time you visit.​ Our classes, guided by clinical pilates instructors, focus on technique and offer customisable intensity levels. We provide a supportive environment that fosters knowledge and strength for everyone who joins us.

Our Reformers
When you come in for your first class, your instructor will familiarise you with your reformer.
We totally understand that it can feel a little out of the box to start with, we are here to support you.
If you feel that you might require more support, our 1:1 sessions may be perfect for you.

What to wear
Wear anything that allows you to move freely! When you come in, your shoes and belongings can be stored in locker cube while you are in class.

In the pilates studio we ask that you wear socks. Grip socks are ideal and can be purchased here at the studio when you arrive.

Don't forget your drink bottle when you come in for class!
