our Over 55's group classes, designed with your needs in mind. These small group sessions focus on building strength and improving balance while fostering a supportive community of like-minded individuals. Our dedicated instructors provide personalized care and guidance, ensuring you progress at your own pace. Experience the joy of movement and connection in a welcoming environment!


Introductory Reformer Sessions
